Overall he's a naughty boy. He tends to cause a lot of trouble and is known for a lot of mischiefs. he's the main antagonist of Little Orphan Annie. He hurts Annie a lot. He also scraped Sandy's wounds. While Oliver knows about the mischief he's causing he likes Annie more than him. Mrs. Warbucks likes him and wants him to destroy Annie. Annie then said sorry she also gave him flowers. He destroyed the flowers. The staff of the mansion dosen't like him similar to Warbucks and likes Annie more.Selby may have been the Inspiration for Pepper in the musical and film versions of Annie
