Guy is the hidden main antagonist of the 2014 film version of Annie. He is the campaign advisor of Will Stacks who intends to get him to become Mayor so he himself can retire. He sees Annie herself as points to make him Mayor. At one point, he affiliates with Miss Hannigan and promises her the same thing he gets, but when she bungles her end of the deal, he ditches her and fakes a DNA test to make it look like a certain couple are Annie's parents and plans to send her away. When Miss Hannigan tries to confess the problem, he tries to convince the others otherwise. Stacks fires Guy and when he stopped Grace grabbing her arm forcefully begging her to talk to Stacks for him but instead she slaps Guy in the face for what he did to Annie.
Guy was played by Bobby Cannavale.
